Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Respio, a service of SETCODER LIMITED ("we", "us"), by businesses ("you"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

Respio gives your team one inbox for customer conversations on WhatsApp and an AI assistant that answers from your knowledge base, books into the booking system you connect, and hands conversations to your team. Respio is in early access: features may change, and we tell you before removing something you rely on.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, for keeping sign-in details safe and for what is done in your workspace. Tell us at info@respio.io straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use Respio lawfully and in line with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
• Tell your customers, in your own privacy notice, that you use Respio and AI to answer them.
• Keep the information you give the assistant (knowledge base, services, prices, hours) accurate.
• Do not use Respio for spam, for unlawful content, or to collect payment card data or special-category data.

4. The AI assistant

The assistant answers only from the information you provide and from your booking system, says it is an AI, and changes bookings or arranges callbacks only after the customer confirms. It can still make mistakes. You remain responsible for your service to your customers; your team can take over any conversation at any time.

5. Your data

You own your content and your customers' data. We process your customers' personal data only on your instructions and as described in our privacy policy; a data processing agreement is available on request. You can export or delete your data as described in the data deletion instructions.

6. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed with you in writing before you are charged. During early access the service may be provided free of charge.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep Respio available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access. Support is by e-mail at info@respio.io.

8. Intellectual property

Respio, its software and its brand belong to SETCODER LIMITED. You may use the service for your business while these terms apply.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or £100 if you paid nothing).

10. Ending the service

You can stop using Respio at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after warning you when that is reasonable.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
